Disclaimer for Injury
While we strive to provide a safe environment for all participants, it is important to note that there are inherent risks associated with playing basketball. By enrolling in our classes or events, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion. liverpoolbasketball is not liable for any injuries sustained during our programs.
Liability Limitation
As a low-risk sport, basketball is a great way to stay active and have fun. However, participants and spectators should be aware of the potential risks involved and understand that they are assuming these risks by engaging in our activities. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Refund Policy, Once a child takes the court refunds are not eligible and days players is booked for if unused will not be refunded , however we do allow them to use one of the other age relevant days to be used as a make up lesson. All make up lessos must be made prior to the end of the term. Programs are "As Is: and are how they are advertised, we reserve thr ight to cancel days due to venue bookings and a make up lesson will be provided.
